If you’re hiring a lawyer, pricing can be confusing. I try to make pricing as transparent and simple as possible. The prices listed below are for attorney fees only. As a client, you would be responsible for actual costs incurred in the litigation, such as court fees, large copy projects, expert witness fees, or other actual costs of litigation. On all matters, bills are sent monthly and no large expenses will be incurred without pre-approval from you. To get an idea of what court fees will be, here is the fee schedule for the Philadelphia Municipal Court, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, New Jersey Courts, and Federal Courts.
