Wesley Fenza
Attorney at Law
I have substantial experience litigating family matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I've litigated matters at all levels from municipal courts to the Supreme Court of the United States. I now specialize in divorce and family matters and serve as a mediator for spouses who prefer a more amicable (and often lower cost) alternative to divorce litigation.
My Background & Experience
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University’s Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I then went on to pursue my law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where I served on the Temple Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society.
I began my legal career serving as a law clerk throughout law school with a prominent local plaintiffs firm, assisting on various matters including toxic torts, pharmaceutical product liability, and multi-district litigation. After graduating with my J.D., I spent three years with a South Jersey law firm litigating numerous cases for the City of Camden as well as individuals and businesses in family law, civil rights, contract law, criminal defense, personal injury law, torts, and other matters.
Since opening my own practice, I've developed a specialization in divorce, child custody, support, and other family matters. In an effort to expand my available services, I've completed the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators 40-hour training program in divorce mediation. And in 2017, I was honored as a Top Attorney of North America.
